Product Description

Application Scenario
1. Principle and composition
The ultrasonic cooling heat meter is used to measure the heat released or absorbed by the heat exchange system with water as the medium. It can be used for heating and cooling systems as well as for air conditioning and refrigeration systems. The product composed of paired temperature sensors (measuring inlet and backwater temperatures), flow sensors (measuring the volume of piped hot water) and calculating parts (calculating and displaying the cold, heat and heat used).
2. Design and functional characteristics
- Transducer: as the main signal generating part in the ultrasonic heat meter, the imported piezoelectric ceramic chip is adopted, the performance is stable, the consistency is good, and the ultrasonic heat meter can be measured with high accuracy.
- Temperature sensor: PT1000 high-precision platinum resistance, and equipped with precision measurement circuit to ensure high-precision temperature measurement.
- Self-Diagnostic function: during the steady operation of the ultrasonic calorimeter, the system will display the corresponding code if the communication is abnormal, the electricity is insufficient, or Man-made damage. In the top right corner of the screen will displayed the "fault" ,system automatically saves the data and waits for troubleshooting to recover.
- Remote transmission and centralized control function: with M-BUS,485 interface, can realize data remote transmission, centralized control.
